He has proven expertise in building and leading teams in the areas of finance, operations, planning and business development. Over his extensive career, Carlos has successfully worked on financial restructurings, reorganizations, development of strategic growth plans and expansions.

• CFO at Obras Subterráneas, a Mercapital (Alantra) portfolio Company
• Senior Advisor to Mineraqua Portugal Lda., after it was acquired by Cambium from Nestlé Waters.
• Managing Director at Grupo Bruesa.
• Managing Director at Majorica Pearls, an Alpha Private Equity Group portfolio company.
• CFO at La Casera, Europe's fourth largest soft drink company, an Alpha Private Equity Group portfolio company.
• Finance Manager & Internal Audit Director at Carrefour Spain.
• Senior Consultant & Auditor at Arthur Andersen (Deloitte).

Carlos graduated with a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 1988.
