This style of investment inclines Cambium to find "situations" in which to invest, rather than having a specific industry or geographic focus. These situations often include companies undergoing a strategic shift, restructuring of their operations or balance sheet, generational transfer, new equity capital for growth, or international expansion.

Cambium and its investors have a long-term outlook on their investments, which allows us to think and act strategically to create long-term value, not only IRR. While we do consider exit options in our investments, exits are not our primary driver. We will retain an investment as long as we believe that the company continues to benefit from our ownership and leadership.
